PURPOSE:To enhance cooling performance of a tandem type revolving electric machine by a method wherein a fan having the outside diameter larger than the inside diameter of a stator is assembled at the middle part of the shaft of the tandem type rotary electric machine. CONSTITUTION:A fan boss 10 having the outside diameter smaller than the inside diameter of the stator 5 is engaged with the middle part between the rotors 2, 3 of a shaft 1. the fan 11 having the inside diameter in the condition previously deposited between the stators 4, 5 larger than the outside diameter of the rotor 2, and having the outside diameter larger than the inside diameter of the stator 5 is fixed to the boss 10 thereof. The outside circumference of the fan boss 10 and the inside circumference of the equipping hole of the fan 11 are processed together to have the taper shape in the axial direction, the taper parts thereof are fitted mutually, a bolt is screwed in the radial direction from a ventilating port 9 into seats provided corresponding mutually, and both are united. |
