The present invention relates to a laundry treatment apparatus, comprising: a cabinet which forms an external appearance; a drum provided within the cabinet and receiving the laundry; a connection duct provided to be communicated with the drum; a discharge duct provided to be communicated with the connection duct and discharging air inside the drum to the outside the laundry treatment apparatus through the connection duct; and a lint filter unit provided to be withdrawn from a front surface of the discharge duct and filtering foreign substances. The cabinet comprises: a rear surface cover having an air discharge hole to discharge air inside the discharge duct to the outside the laundry treatment apparatus; a lower surface cover having at least one guider to guide an incoming and a withdrawing portion of the discharge duct to prevent the interference of an end unit of the discharge duct with the air discharge hole; and a lock unit selectively restricting the lint filter unit and the connection duct. The lock unit comprises: a lock body having a key hole at a front surface unit and provided to be able to rotate; a shaft provided to be able to rotate integrally with the lock body; and a lock guider having at least one corrugated surface, wherein the lock unit comprises at least one corrugated surface.
