The present invention relates to a wall greening apparatus using a water supply system that is capable of providing cooling and water supply using a frame fixing a wall greening base material during building-integrated wall greening system development for maximization of a climate change response cooling system of a wall greening system and urban heat island reduction. The wall greening apparatus using a water supply system according to the present invention includes: a power supply unit supplying electricity; a rainwater collection tank collecting rainwater; a rainwater storage tank receiving the rainwater from the rainwater collection tank and storing the rainwater; a vegetation block including a micro tube configured to be interconnected to multiple blocks, provided with a nozzle injecting the rainwater supplied from the micro tube, and configured to include culture soil; and a pump injecting the rainwater stored in the rainwater storage tank to the nozzle via the capillary tube of the vegetation block when electric power is applied from the power supply unit. Since the rainwater collection and storage systems are introduced, recycling of natural resources can be performed based on rainwater recycling and air conditioning costs can be reduced.
