PROCESS FOR PRODUCING POLYURETHANE ELASTOMER

摘要

In the manfacture of poluyurethane elastomer by mixing polyamine, long-chained polyol of av. mol. wt. 300-4000, hardened composite as catalyst and isocyanate composite; the process involves using isocyanate composite having isocyanate radical of av. mol. wt. 500-5000 at the end of chain and composite of organodiisocyanate monomer; so as to make the ratio of no. of isocyanate radicals of free polymer to no. of amino radicals of polyamines 0.6:1-1.5:1 and the ratio of no. of isocyanante radicals of isocyanate composite to no. of amino radicals of polyamines and hydroxy radicals of long-chained polyols 0.8:1 - 1.4:1.
