PURPOSE:To raise the reliability of a surge pulse generating circuit, to raise the speed of the circuit, and to save the space to be used by eliminating contacts of the generating circuit. CONSTITUTION:A series connector of the first resistor 12, a condenser 14 and the first diode 15 is connected between a power terminal and a contact point, and the collector and emitter circuit of a transistor 13 is connected between the connecting point of the first resistor 12 and the condenser 14 and the contact point. The base of the transistor 13 is connected through the second diode 9 to a control pulse application terminal 8. A transistor 13 is conducted or interrupted by the application of the pulse to the terminal 8, thereby generating a surge pulse to an output terminal 16. |
