PURPOSE:To reduce the disturbance of a reproduced picture due to a time shift of a reproducing signal, by using a circuit which receives the signal from a D/A converting circuit and producing and then delivers an analog video signal based on a standard TV system. CONSTITUTION:An analog luminance signal is extracted out of a D/A converter 98 and supplied to an encoder 101. At the same time, analog color difference signals (B-Y) and (R-Y) are extracted out of D/A converters 99 and 100 respectively and then supplied to the encoder 101. The encoder 101 produces a color video signal based on an NTSO system with above-mentioned three types of analog signals and a horizontal synchronizing signal, a vertical synchronizing signal, a color burst signal, etc. supplied from a memory read controller and a synchronizing signal generating circuit 96. This color video signal is delivered to a reproduction output terminal 102 and then reproduced and displayed in the form of a color static picture of high quality through a color TV receiver. This static picture is delivered through output terminals 84, 85 and 86 and reproduced with sounds. |
