PURPOSE:To perform multiple axis control effectively by controlling the rotation of a motor under the command of a CPU according to data stored in an RAM, and providing an extension interface. CONSTITUTION:This numerical controller is equipped with the CPU10 for controlling the whole, an ROM11 for storing a control program, an RAM12 for storing the data, and a timer/counter circuit 13 for timing driving operation. In addition, a machine system interface 14, a speed adjustment control circuit 15, an interpolation control circuit 16, etc., are provided. Further, the extension interface 18 is provided to transmit control signals, addresses, and data from a bus line 17 to another numerical controller. Consequently, the extension interfaces of plural numerical controllers are connected mutually to operate the plural numerical controllers as one numerical controller. |
