A composition which serves to improve the watertreeing @stance of polymeric compositions comprising a hydrocarbon-substituted diphenyl amine and a high molecular weight polythylene glycol. Polymeric compositions containing the water-tree retardant additives are useful as extrudates about @ical conductors.
