摘要 The present invention relates to a method of producing a window film for mobile and IT devices and a window film produced by the method. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method of producing a window film for mobile and IT devices and the window film produced by the method. The method of producing a window film for mobile and IT devices substantially reduces defect rate due to bubbles and gaps generated during adhesion of a touch pad and a window film by removing a stepped part using ultraviolet (UV) resins and others, the stepped part being formed on a boundary surface between an ink layer and a window film when the window film adheres to the touch pad in the process of producing a window film for mobile devices and windows of mobile and IT devices (including cellular phones, PDA, PMP, lap tops, and others). Further, the method of producing a window film for mobile and IT devices is capable of displaying patterns, designs, and textures (SUS and others) that are entirely different from those of materials used as well as three-dimensional effects including intaglio, unevenness and others by using ink and UV resins. The method of producing a window film for mobile and IT devices according to the present invention comprises: (a) a step (S100) of preparing a protection tape sheet; (b) a step (S200) of forming a printing layer (design) on one side of the protection tape sheet; (c) a step (S300) of supplying a UV paint onto one side of the printing layer (design)-formed protection tape sheet; (d) a step (S400) of laying up a protection tape on the UV paint-supplied protection tape sheet; (e) a step (S500) of filling a screen-protecting window region with the UV paint at a pressure of 10 kg and a speed of 1 m/min using a squeezer such that the UV paint is coated to have a thickness of 2 to 20 m; and (f) a step (S600) of irradiating the UV paint layer with UV light.
