PURPOSE:To raise the scraping performance of wheels by turning them at more than its limiting speeds by controllably injecting compressed air into a bucket on signals from a rotation angle detector. CONSTITUTION:When a wheel 3 turns, the ground A is scraped out by a bucket 4, and the bucket 4 comes to the position of chuting 19 as the wheel 3 turns further, a solenoid valve 8 is electrically energized and opened by a slip ring 10, and compressed air is injected from a nozzle 6 to forcibly discharge soil and sand B in the bucket 4 onto a belt conveyer 5. Then, when the bucket 4 passes the position of the chuting 19, electrification from the slip ring 10 is interrupted and the injection of compressed air is also discontinued. By this, since the wheel can be turned at more than its limiting speeds, its scraping performance can be raised. |
