PURPOSE:To prevent a position shift of a back core, and to easily obtain a VTR magnetic head having a high quality, pressing the back core which forms an adhesive material layer on one face, against a front core, by a projecting pin provided on a punch of a metallic forming die, and injecting resin. CONSTITUTION:When manufacturing a VTR magnetic head 9, for instance, an adhesive material 12 such as a single-size adhesive tape, etc. is stuck onto the upper face of a back core 8, and it is placed on a front core 4 into which a coil 7 is inserted, and is set to a die 13 of a metallic forming die. Subsequently, a metallic punch 14 provided with a projecting pin 14a is covered, the pin 14a is intruded into the adhesive material 12, and the core 8 is pressed firmly and is fixed. Into this metallic die, resin is injected, and is hardened and formed. In this way, the back core 8 is not shifted by a temperature or pressure at the time of forming, positioning is executed easily, and also the process stage is decreased comparing with a conventional process, by which the VTR magnetic head 9 is obtained. |
