PURPOSE:To eliminate errors, by memorizing a measured values Wn of samples of Kn pieces and measured values Wn+m of sampled of Kn+m pieces that exceeds Kn, obtaining a maximum allowable adding number AK, and cumulatively adding the contents of Kn+m pieces and the weight Wn+m at the time of the addition of the AK or less. CONSTITUTION:The weight Wn and Kn pieces on a scale pan 11 are stored in registers W and K of an RAM. Then the samples, whose number exceeds Kn but is unknown, are mounted on the scale pan. Then the weight Wn+m at this is read. Thereafter process 1 is performed. Here, the data Wn+m is divided by Wn, and the number of samples Kn+m which are mounted on the pan at the second time is obtained. Said number of pieces Kn+m and a preset number (b) are compared. When Kn+m=b, a number setting end flag is turned ON, and a process 2 is performed. In the process 2, the maximum allowable adding number is computed. The maximum allowable adding number AK without counting errors is shown by an expression, where S is a constant by 0<S<1<2. |
