PURPOSE:To decrease the computer occupying rate of output processing by masking a transient fault and a state change which occur in a stage of emergency with an input signal by classifying output information items by systems, and omitting the processing of a meaningless item of generation. CONSTITUTION:An input signal from a plant 1 is inputted from a process input/ output device 2 and a change detecting circuit 3 compares the current input signal with the last input signal. If a change is found, pieces of change information N1...Nn are outputted to an output item controller 4 and output control signals M1, M2...Mn selected among all input signals are inputted from the device 2 to a mask pattern generating matrix 9. Consequently, mask patterns P1...Pn corresponding to respective pieces of change information of input signal are generated and ANDed with the pieces of change information N1...Nn, so that any signal is not sent to a change information editing device 5 even if a change is detected while the pattern P1 is ''1''. |
