PURPOSE:To enable to provide selective absorptivity, make favorable the adhesion between coated layers and enahance productivity, by a method wherin the first and second coated layers of specified compositions are provided on a base consisting of a high-density polypropylene. CONSTITUTION:The first coated layer II comprising a chlorinated propylene modified thermoplastic acrylic resin binder 2 and a metallic powder 3 such as a powder of Al is provided on the base 1 consisting of a high-density polypropylene, and the second coated layer III comprised of an oxide or oxides 4 of at least one metal selected from the group consisting of Fe, Mn, Cu, Cr, Co and Ni and a thermosplastic acrylic resin binder 5 is provided thereon. Accordingly, selective absorptivity can be realized, and an inexpensive solar heat selective absorption surface with favorable adhesion particularly between the coated layers can be obtained with excellent productivity. |
