PURPOSE:To compress an interface signal and to utilize a recording medium efficiency by detecting rise/fall change points of a binary signal, providing a timer which is actuated on the basis of a signal generated at every change point, and printing time intervals between change points. CONSTITUTION:Detecting circuits 11-1n which detect rises and falls of respective signals are provided to interface signal lines if1, if2...ifn connected to various device. Signal changes of those signal lines are put together by an OR circuit 2 and passed through an interruption control circuit 3, whose output signal is sent to a CPU4 through a bus 40. Then, the CPU4 senses the states of the signals if1...ifn by starting a data sense control circuit 8 and stores the states in a memory 9a. The CPU4 prints the time intervals of the change points of the signals on an output device 9b by a timer 5. |
