PURPOSE:To drop and coat a sample correctly in an intended linear shape by forming the inside surface on both sides at the end edge in the lower opening in the hollow part of the base plate of a head into slope of an inverted truncated- cone form which contact with both side surfaces of a tongue piece for coating the sample. CONSTITUTION:A head 17 consists of a tongue piece 29 for coating a sample and a base plate 30 suspending said piece. The plate 30 has a hollow part 31 contg. the upper region of the piece 29 freely movably. The inside surface on both sides at the end edge in the lower opening of the part 31 have slopes 31a, 31b of edge in the lower opening of the part 31 have slopes 31a, 31b of an inverted truncated-cone form that contact freely attachably and detachably with the slopes 29a, 29b of an inverted truncated-cone form on both side surfaces of the piece 29. The respective angles theta of inclination thereof are the same. The piece 29 has a relatively long upper region in order to have the smaller inclination in the direction at a right angle to the plate surface thereof, and has a hole 32 in the lower region suspended to the outside of the plate 30. A notched groove 33 for a sump is provided on the bottom surface thereof. |
