发明名称 METHOD OF HEATING RESIN MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the heating efficiency and to reduce the energy loss by a method wherein high frequency current is applied to an electromagnetic coil, which is arranged parallel to a resin material containing electrically-conductive fibers or electrically-conductive powder. CONSTITUTION:A spiral electromagnetic coil 2 is arranged parallel to a resin material 1 on one side of the resin material 1 containing electrically-conductive fibers or electrically-conductive powder so as to pass electric current through the electromagnetic coil 2 by connecting a high frequency electric power source with the coil 2. Because almost all the magnetic lines of force developed on the basis of the Fleming's law pass in the direction of the thickness and the density of magnetic flux passing through the material becomes very high and consequently a large eddy current can be generated in the material, the material can be heated in a short period of time. In addition, because the magnetic line of force is developed mainly in the direction of the thickness, the magnetic reluctance is low and the energy loss is small.
