PURPOSE:To prevent useless consumption of energy by providing a monitoring region between the upper and lower limit values of a set value to control start and stop operations of a control mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A control is operatively turned on to close an intake valve 4 and open a blast valve 5 when discharge pressure reaches the upper limit value of a set value, and operatively turned off to open the intake valve 4 and close the blast valve 5 when the discharge pressure reaches the lower limit value of the set value. By repeating these on-off operations in response to the change in the discharge pressure is maintained the discharge pressure between the upper and lower limit values of the set value so that the consumption of surplus energy can be avoided. |
