PURPOSE:To obtain the titled device automatically monitoring vulcanizing states with high reliability by a method wherein set values of temperature and pressure of respective vulcanizing media are selected from a setter in corresponding to the selection signals of a vulcanizing program timer and, when measured values are not within the allowable range of their set values, alarms are issued. CONSTITUTION:The temperature/pressure setter 33, which determines the conditions in every vulcanizing medium (hot water, steam or the like) and in every vulcanizing step respectively, and an function outputting mechanism 26, which outputs vulcanizing medium selection instruction signal 28 at every vulcanizing step, are provided in a microcomputer-controlled vulcanizing program timer III. The setter 33 selects the corresponding set values (standard values and allowable deviation values) of temperature and pressure of vulcanizing medium to the signal 28 by means of the signal 28 sent from the mechanism 26. The selected set values are compared with the measured values taken with a vulcanizing medium detector 31 arranged within a tire or midway in a pipe passage in a comparator 35. When measured values are not within the allowable range of their set values, alarms are issued. |
