发明名称 REAGENT FOR MEASUREMENT OF DIRECT BILIRUBIN
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a bilirubin measuring system excellent in simplicity, accuracy and reproducibility, by separating a direct bilirubin measuring reagent into a diazotized reagent and a reaction stopping reagent. CONSTITUTION:This direct bilirubin measuring reagent consists of a diazotized reagent A containing stabilized diazonium salt and a mineral acid and a reaction stopping reagent B containing a deactivating agent deactivating said stabilized diazonium salt. By these reagents, the respective sample blank values with respect to direct bilirubin and total bilirubin and the absorption max. wavelength of diazocoloration can be coincided, and therefore, when bilirubin fractionation is carried out by measuring total bilirubin and direct bilirubin by using these reagents, it is sufficient only to carry out sample blank measuring operation of either one of sample blanks in both measurements. Therefore, measurement becomes simple while the necessary amount of a sample is made small and the alignment in both measurements is enhanced.
