PURPOSE:To suppress a change of speed to a small level and obtain a stable frequency, by detecting a load of an engine through electric power or an electric current of a generator, calculatively obtaining an estimation signal of corresponding fuel from the detector load and adding this estimation signal to a signal of a regulator. CONSTITUTION:An output of a speed control arithmetic unit 08 performing P-I-D calculation of a deviation between speed signals from a speed setter 01 and speed detector is input through the second adder 4 to an actuator 09 controlling a fuel amount of a fuel injection pump 05. On the other hand, an output 11 of a function generator 2 outputting a corresponding control fuel amount from an output of a load detetor 1 detecting an engine load from electric power or an electric current of a generator and a fuel amount estimation signal 13 from the first adder 3 taking a deviation with a fuel signal 12 from the actuator 09 are input to the adder 4. |
