PURPOSE:To improve the evaluating accuracy of a package by providing an evaluation pad outside the effective area of the package in addition to an LCD pad, thereby preventing an evaluation stylus from improperly contacting even if the package is reduced in size and multiple pins are provided. CONSTITUTION:In a package after sealed with resin of LSI for a watch, an epoxy resin substrate 11 exceeds the boundary line 18 of the effective region of a package to be largely formed outside. Simultaneously, leads 15 are produced outside the line 18, and the outside part becomes an evaluating pad 15a. The inside of the line 18 of the leads 15 becomes an output pad 15b for displaying in an LCD pad liquid crystal. Since the pads 15a and 15b are independently formed, the pad 15a can be formed largely and the pad 15b can be formed in small size. In this manner, it can prevent from improperly contacting at the evaluation testing time and reduce the package in size and multiple pins can be employed. |
