PURPOSE:To manufacture the E-shaped and I-shaped pieces of the no-loss engaged and integrated system by integration of laminated iron core blocks or laminated material where the steel plates in different sizes to be laminated are prepared and the male- female engaging areas are formed at the facing surface to fit a coil onto the core. CONSTITUTION:An I-shaped piece Y in length (a) and width (c) and the I-shaped piece Y' in such length as partly or entirely widened by the engaging allowance (alpha) are cut in the shape of =. Moreover, two pieces of E-shaped X', X'' having a vertical side length (a) and extruded leg lengths (a-alpha)/2 and (a+alpha)/2 are cut face to face so that they are engaged with the I-shaped pieces Y, Y'. Thereby, the E- and I-shaped laminated pieces can be produced. Here, the vertical side of the E-shaped pieces X', X'' and the length of the I-shaped pieces Y, Y' is set to (a), while the width thereof is set to (c). Then, such I-shaped piece Y and the I-shaped piece Y' of which width is widened at three positions as much as the engaging allowance (alpha) are cut in the shape of =. Moreover, the E-shaped pieces X', X'' are arranged face to face so that they are combined with the I-shaped pieces Y, Y' and the leg of the E-shaped piece X'' is cut longer by said engaging allowance. Thereby, the E- and I-shaped laminated iron core can be produced without generating cutting chip (without loss). |
