PURPOSE:To reduce noises and make it possible to obtain data of excellent reproducibility by covering a specimen electrode, a comparison electrode and opposite poles made of metal foil with a protective body having holes for extracting air bubbles. CONSTITUTION:A specimen electrode 5, a comparison electrode 6 and opposite poles 7 are arranged so that they oppose to each other, and they are insulated and fixed at positions A, B and C inside a protective body 11 through a wire. The protective body 11 is provided with a hole for extracting air bubbles at its upper portion and other holes for expediting interflow of plating liquid at its side. For making measurement, an electric charge contained in a condenser is discharged to the specimen electrode 5 through the opposite poles 7 and the variation of polarization value of the specimen electrode 5 with the passage of time is analyzed. |
