PURPOSE:To obtain the device automatically monitoring vulcanizing states with high reliability by a method wherein set values of vulcanizing conditions are selected in response to vulcanizing steps set in a vulcanizing program timer and, when measured values are not within the allowable range of their set values, alarms are issued. CONSTITUTION:A card reader, which reads the contents of a card setting a signal instruction for selecting vulcanizing medium (hot water, steam or the like), a set signal outputting mechanism 32 to output step signal 33 for every vulcanizing step, temperature/pressure setter 34 capable to set the temperature and pressure in a tire for every step and the like are provided in a computer-controlled vulcanizing program timer III. Set data in the setter 34 are automatically selected for every step and compared with the temperature/pressure signals 31 from a vulcanizing medium detector 30 arranged within a tire or midway in a pipe passage in a comparator 36. When the value of the signal 31 is out of the allowable deviation, an alarm output 37 is automatically issued. |
