PURPOSE:To increase the cooling effect, by a method wherein a condensed part is provided outside an extrusion die against the evaporation part of cooling heat pipe arranged inside a resin tubular body extruded by fusion, and the steam outlet path and condensed liquid inducing inlet path connecting both evaporation parts are provided by penetrating an extrusion die. CONSTITUTION:In the apparatus wherein the cooling of the resin tubular body 6A is promoted by providing the evaporation part 10A of heat pipe inside the resin tubular body 6A extruded by melting from the annular slit 4 of extrusion die 1, the outer condensation part 18 of heat pipe is provided outside the extrusion die 1. Then, the steam outlet paths 30A and 30B and the condensed liquid inducing inlet paths 31A and 31B connecting the evaporation part 10A to the outer condensation part 18 are provided by penetrating the extrusion die 1. |
