PURPOSE:To inspect the junction of a diffusion welded product without destructing the product itself by such an arrangement wherein a dummy part is connected to the specified position of a laminated plate with a thin and narrow bridge, and then diffusion welding of plates is performed and the dummy part is cut off and inspected by destructing it. CONSTITUTION:Dummy parts 6, 7 are connected to each plate 5 of a laminated type ink jet head with thin and narrow bridges 6a, 7a, and these plates 5 are laminated and diffusion welded together. The dummy parts 6, 7 are provided at such positions where defects of junction tend to easily take place, and after welding, the dummy parts 6, 7 are cut off to be used as specimens of destruction inspection, and by this method, the joined condition of an ink jet head 4 can be inspected most similarly by performing destruction inspection of those specimens. |
