PURPOSE:To mold a resin into a void-free molding of exact dimensions by an injection and compression molding method in which a compression allowance setting and fine regulating mechanism is provided between the daylight, resin is injected into the cavity, regulation to between the daylight is released, and the molds are clamped under high pressures. CONSTITUTION:Under the condition that molds are opened by a compression allowance setting fine regulating mechanism 4, a cylinder 7 is contacted with the fine regulating mechanism receiving part 6 of a fixed side die plate 1 in the daylight between the fixed side die plate 1 and the movable side die plate 2, and the molds are clamped under low pressures by the main cylinder 8. By this, a given compression allowance delta can be set up by the compression allowance setting and fine regulating mechanism 4 and molten resin is injected into the mold cavity 13 through a nozzle 12. Then, the compression allowance setting and fine regulating mechanism 4 is pulled out by the cylinder 7 and the resin is compressed and molded with as much as the compression allowance delta by clamping the molds under high pressures by means of the main cylinder 8. |
