PURPOSE:To realize a light weight and yet a high output for the titled cartridge, by supporting with a free rocking motion an oscillating system containing a mobile coil having a coil shaft set in parallel to a cantilever at the center of a magnetic circuit in which ring-shaped magnet magnetized in the axial direction is provided. CONSTITUTION:A coil holder 10 made of a non-magnetic matter having 4 cuts on its outer circumference is fixed at the rear end of a cantilver 1 having a reproducing stylus at forward end then movable coils 2 and 3 are fixed to the cuts so that the center shaft of each coil is set in parallel to the shaft of the lever 1, and the coils 2 and 3 facing oppositely to each other are connected in series. Such an oscillating system is supported with a free rocking motion at the center of a magnetic circuit in which two ring-shaped magnets 4 and 4 magnetized in the axial direction are provided so that the same poles are set oppositely to each other. In this case, a cylindrical oattern 6 and a suspension wire 7 are used to support the oscillating system. As a result, the magnetic flux density can be increased at the area near the coils 2 and 3 to obtain a high output. |
