PURPOSE:To set the opening degree of an air-mix door at a correct position by processing the output difference of the air-mix door position detector between full cooling and full heating modes to make comparative computation with the opening degree setting signal for obtaining a position compensation signal. CONSTITUTION:Before air-conditioning, a central processing unit 12 sets at first an air-mix door 3 to a full heater side 5 to obtain an output signal Vtheta' of position detector 4, and then to a full cooler side 6 to obtain an output signal Vtheta'' for obtaining (Vtheta'-Vtheta'')/2=Vs, that is, a real intermediate position. Next, a difference Vw between the VS and an opening degree setting signal Vo at the intermediate position corresponding to the total signal stored in a storage unit 18, that is, a gap DELTAL of the door 3 is obtained. Then, this difference Vw is multiplied by a fixed constant to calculate a position compensation signal Vp for compensating opening degree set signals VA, VO, and VB corresponding to the total signal from the storage device 18. This construction permits to set the air-mix door always at a right position to operate an air conditioner correctly. |
