PURPOSE:To enable a number of assembly parts to be housed in bulk even if a magazine is of a small size, by a method wherein a body of a parts feed magazine is constituted such that a hose member is formed in a double layer to wind it in a spiral, and the housed parts are fed with the aid of pressurized air. CONSTITUTION:A parts feed magazine 1 is constituted such that a flexible hose 2 made of polyethylene is wound in a 2-layer vortex around a winding drum 3, and four comparts feed passages are located adjacent to each other. When used, pressurized air is continuously or intermittently supplied through a connection metal 6, the size of a parts feed passage in the hose 2 is large enough to allow the smooth movement of each part 8 by applying an air pressure to the parts 8, and thereby the parts 8 move in order at the inside of the hose 2 and are supplied to an automatic assembly part through the connection metal 7. This causes a magazine to be convenient to carry, permits it to hold a number of parts even if it is of a small size, and enables the parts to be housed in bulk without coupling of the parts. |
