<p>PURPOSE:To produce thin container having a high strength on a mass-production basis by a method in which a large number of crossed fine oblique grooves are formed at the center of the injection port of an injection mold in such a way as to enable a resin to flow in disturbing manner in the inside of the cavity. CONSTITUTION:Molten resin charged under a pressure into the cavity of molds through an injection port 12 flows and spreads while being receiving a disturbing action under the guidance of each oblique groove line 14 for the bottom wall 2 of a container 1. The resin, flowing in the cavity to form the bottom wall 2 of the container 1 goes into the four wall parts 3 of the container and finally creeps into the cavity to form the opening flange part 5 of the container. In this case, the depth of the oblique groove line 14 is designated to about 30% or more of design thickness (e) for the molding formed.</p> |
