PURPOSE:To prevent transmitting of vibration from each ball to a stay or an adjacent other ball, by a method wherein, in a multi-layer ball feeder, a balance weight is mounted to each ball unit. CONSTITUTION:A moving iron piece 10 is attached to projections 6a formed on 3 spots at a bottom of a ball 6, an electromagnet 11 is attached to projections 7a provided on 3 spots at an outer periphery of a balance weight 7, and an exciting device consists of the electromagnet 11 and the moving iron piece 10. The exciting device exerts an attraction of a specified period on the moving iron piece 10 by applying an alternating current to the electromagnet 11, and a vibration is produced through the repulsive elastic force of leaf springs 4 and 5. Thus, the vibration causes a number of components, housed in the ball 6, to be aligned on a spiral surface 6b, and to be forced up, in turn, in a direction of the upper part for discharge of them through an upper opening end. |
