JOINING METHOD OF ATOMIZING PUMP DEVICE

PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of a joined layer by the effect of fats and oils, etc., and to improve reliability by brazing and joining a nozzle plate and an electrical oscillator in a vacuum or inert atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:Electrode films 12 consisting of a sintered body of conductive parts for thick film are formed on the opposed smooth surfaces of an electrical oscillator 10. An eutectic alloy foil plate 12 of Ag and Cu and a thin sheet 13 of Ti are sandwiched between the oscillator 10 and a nozzle plate 9, and are brazed in a vacuum furnace. The deterioration by oils is thus eliminated by the brazing which is metallic joining, and reliability is high.
