CONSTITUTION:When a magnetic layer is peeled from a magnetic recording medium having a magnetic layer on a film base (supporter), this magnetic recording medium is cut into small pieces, said small pieces are affected by a magnet while they are heated and stirred in alkali aqueous solution to make said magnet attract and gather the magnetic layer.
