<p>PURPOSE:To measure the response characteristic of a phototransistor easily and with high accuracy by a simple constitution, by deciding the time which is used as the reference of a responding property, by a monostable multivibrator, and respond-moving a bistable element in accordance with a result of comparison of an output of the phototransistor and a reference value. CONSTITUTION:When a monostable multivibrator 12 is triggered and a current is supplied to an LED12 for a constant interval of time, a monostable multivibrator 15 is triggered through a switch 14 connected to a contact 141, and an FF18 of a bistable element is made active for a constant period in a responding property reference period of a phototransistor having a quick responding property. Subsequently, this FF18 respond-moves in accordance with a result of comparison of an output of a phototransistor 2 and a reference value by a comparator 20. Accordingly, a characteristic of a phototransistor is measured with high accuracy and easily by a simple constitution without depending on a visible method through an oscilloscope, etc., and the responding property can be controlled satisfactorily.</p> |
