PURPOSE:To impart a double check valve with a function to close its outlet side for feeding pressure fluid from two directions when the pressure at the outlet side is lowered, by constituting the double check valve by a sleeve having notched passages and two valves energized respectively with a spring. CONSTITUTION:In case that the pressure of a pressure fluid introduced from inlet ports 2, 3 is greater than the setting load of a spring 11 and the fluid pressure at the inlet port 2 and that at the inlet port 3 are equal to each other, valves 6, 7 are both opened, so that the fluid is discharged to the outside from a discharge port 4 via notches 8, 9 and a passage 10. Here, if the conduit extending from the discharge port 4 is damaged and the pressure fluid is released to the atmosphere and the pressure in a pressure tank becomes lower than the setting load of the spring 11, valves 7 or 6 that has been opened is closed immediately and breaks communication with the discharge port 4 so as to keep the pressure in the pressure tank. In the above arrangement, air existing in a space between the two valve 6 and 7 is passed freely through a vent hole 12 along with the movements of the valves 6, 7. |
