PURPOSE:To increase the processing efficiency while preventing the generation of chatter of parts to be processed, by processing a member after positioning the member within the concave part of a mounting member and freezing an injected fluid. CONSTITUTION:A housing 3 is fixed in the hole 2 of a spindle 1, and a concave part 4 is formed into said housing. The concave part 4 forms a circle with a bottom wall 4a and an annular wall 4b, and the annular wall 4b is made inwardly larger in its diameter. A sealing member 10 is ring-shaped with a smooth internal peripheral surface 11, an external peripheral surface 12 complicated in its shape, and both edge faces 13, 14, and after inserting the member 10 into the concave part 4 of the housing 3, a fluid is injected into the concave part 4. After that, the whole of the housing 3 is cooled and frozen. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the deformation and damage of any member along with the improvement of a processing efficiency. |
