PURPOSE:To improve periodic damping property by forming the upper and lower plates of a table with any irregularities on the mating surfaces. CONSTITUTION:The upper plate 2 of a table of a constructional member on which a loading device 1 is mounted is formed on the lower surface with irregularities having any shapes such as wave-like, rectangular, triangular ones. The lower plate 3 of the table is formed on the upper surface with irregularities conforming to those of the lower surface of the upper plate 2. A support bed 4 supports the upper and lower plates 2, 3 and is fastened thereto by fastening means like bolts. Thus, on the contact surfaces of the upper plate 2 and the lower plate 3 or interposing member 5 is produced dry friction by small slide to convert vibratory energy to heat one so that the vibration can be absorbed and attenuated. |
