PURPOSE:To execute electric wiring without using a lead wire, and to improve the reliability, by providing a case filled with X-ray detecting gas, and plural signal electrode plates and plural common electrode plates provided in this case. CONSTITUTION:An X-ray detector is provided with a case 1 filled with X-ray detecting gas 2, and plural signal electrode plates 4 and plural common electrode plates 7 provided in this case 1. Also, on a part of the common electrode plate 7, a projection B is provided, on the other hand, on a part fitted to each projection A of each signal electrode plate 6, a hole 12 is provided, and each signal electrode plate 6, the common electrode plate 7, a printed plate 11 and a wire 10 are assembled as shown in the figure. As a result, electric wiring to the electrode of each electrode plate can be executed without using a lead wire, therefore, the reliability is improved. |
