PURPOSE:To eliminate surplus length of an optical fiber cable, by winding the surplus length of the optical fiber cable round a rotary reel, and axially supporting this rotary reel by a turning draw-out moving panel. CONSTITUTION:On plural moving panels 20, a disk reel 21 whose diameter is about 20cm is axially supported by a shaft 22 and is freely rotatable. On the disk reel 21, 4 cut-raised parts 21a are formed, and to a groove 21b of this cur- raised part 21a, an optical fiber cable 7 is wound round like a loop, for instance, by making it a 2-wire bundle. The moving panel 20 is axially supported by a device rack 5 by a shaft 23 in the lower front angle, and is freely turnable. The moving panel 20 can be turned with a hand as indicated with an arrow A. A moving panel 20' shows the panel in a state that the moving panel 20 is rotated by 90 deg.. In this case, since the disk reel 21 is freely rotatable, it is drawn by an optical fiber cable 72 fixed to the device rack 5 and is rotated freely, and feeds out the optical fiber cable. |
