<p>The method and the switching arrangement serve for setting a taximeter to simple and to complex tariff structures. The four operating keys (VT, RT, ST, ZT), whenever actuated, are assigned a functional allocation determining the following state and this is stored together with a selected tariff. A microcomputer (1) can be connected as a central processing unit via a bidirectional data bus (30) to a chargeable memory unit (17), in which tariff data dependent on tariff steps, combined with functional allocations, can be stored as variable information. <IMAGE></p> |
