PURPOSE:To obtain a titled device which can puncture tires of front and rear wheels selectively by using link mechanisms by constituting an input rod which is pulled in the course direction by a tread plate disposed in the course and an output rod which supports a cutter movably into and out from the course. CONSTITUTION:A tread plate 2 is provided on the front side of a base plate 35 installed in the course A of a vehicle, that is, in the locus of a tire, and a supporting plate 21 which supports a cutter 1 movable into and out from the course A is provided on the rear side thereof. these plates are connected to each other by means of link mechanisms B. The plate 2 is fixed and supported to the shaft 3 supported turnably to a bearing 29, and an arm 28 is provided integrally on the root end side of the shaft 3. Part of an input rod 4 is connected to the shaft part 31 at the forward end of the arm 28. An output rod 13 is connected to the plate 21 of the cutter 1, and is supported slidably in an axial direction by means of a bearing 22 to the plate 35. |
