PURPOSE:To prevent scattering and uneven density, such as fog, even in high humidity, by controlling a water-soluble matter content to not above a prescribed concn. contained in magnetite. CONSTITUTION:The entitled toner consists essentially of a magnetic material of magnetite, and a fixation medium. the magnetite to be used has <=0.15wt% water-soluble matter content, and <=0.3wt% water content at 20 deg.C and 60% relative humidity. Preferably, it has 0.05-10, especially 0.1-3mum particle diameter. |
