PURPOSE:To obviate a large drive device and stabilize operation by supporting a pinch roller at an advance stop position restricted with a keep plate through hooking to a pressing-down pin energized for advance with an upper compression spring, and lessening an advance and retreat load on a pressing-down cam for a punch. CONSTITUTION:A punch holder 23 supporting a punch 4 is hooked to a pressing- down pin 26 energized in an advance direction by a compression coil spring 27, and held at an advance stop position restricted by a keep plate 29. Therefore, it will do if a cam 32 is able to fix the holder 23 at the advance stop position to a punch proper 22, and the cam 32 in advance and retreat is almost free from a load other than a force from a spring 34. Then, the pressing-down pin 26 hooked to the holder 23 is made to retreat and released from the holder 23 on a force from a spring 27 on the advance of a metal mold in a cutting process, and the holder 23 is pressed to the cam 32 via a cam carrier 24 on a force from a spring 28. Therefore, no large cam drive device is needed, stable operation can be ensured by a small output drive device, the punch 4 can be stably supported and a stable cutting process can be ensured.
