PURPOSE:To simplify an information transfer mechanism between a camera and accessory by providing an address designating device which designages an address of an ROM to generate an address signal successively in response to a read start signal. CONSTITUTION:Terminals JA1-5 of a lens adaptor are connected to terminals JB1-5 of a camera body side, and reset of a flip-flop DF3 is released by an input of a read start signal (start) from the terminal JB3 to make outputs of a decoder DE3 and an ROMRO1 possible. First of all, by a TA1 pulse from the decoder, an output of a counter CO4 becomes ''01'', by which an output of the ROM whose address is designated is inputted to a shift register SR2 in parallel. This data synchronizes with a clock CP from the camera body side and is read to the body side. Subsequently, by the TA1 pulse, the counter becomes ''10'', and the following designation is executed. |
