PURPOSE:To facilitate operator's input operation by extracting and outputting only one KANJI (Chinese character) data selected by the reading of an image word among homonymous KANJI data retrieved by the reading of KANJI. CONSTITUTION:Input data 1 consists of plural data elements d1-dn. The element d1 is the reading of KANJI to be outputted, and d2-dn are the pieces of additive information on the reading of a word showing the image of the KANJI to be outputted. An information bit showing whether the KANJI is one character or a word (consisting of plura numbers) is also added to the data elements. An input data decomposition part 2 fetches the input data 1 in the form of the elements. For every fetched element, a table searching and merging part 3 searches a key table 4 to read corresponding contents. An output data decision and output part 5 decides on the address of only one output data by the read contents of the key table 4 to read an output data table 6. |
