PURPOSE:To enable the automatic changeover of temp. measuring range, by providing means which compare the temp. signal detected from an object with an IR detector with the preset upper and lower limit values and changes the ranges. CONSTITUTION:The IR rays from an object are condensed to an IR detector 6 by a scanning mechanism 5, and the detected signal thereof is converted to temp. signals with an amplifier 7 and a linearizer 8. The temp. signal is fed to a differential amplifier 9. The differential signal from the central temp. signal from a potentiometer PM1 is obtained with the amplifier 9, and is fed through a driving circuit 12 to the grids 14 of a CRT13, by which the image of temp. distribution is displayed with horizontal and vertical scanning circuits 16H, V. The temp. signal is sampled, by a sample holding circuit 31, and is compared with upper and lower limit values by comparators 32, 33. When the temp. signal exceeds said values, a diaphragm 34 is moved by a moving mechanism 35 whereby the temp. measuring range is changed automatically. |
