PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of a cutting-off tool while preventing the jump of a cut-off piece by cutting off a cylindrical material while previously grasping a portion to become the cut-off piece cut from the cylindrical material, and taking out and discharging it as it is after the completion of said cutting. CONSTITUTION:A moving cylinder 10 slidably fitted into a bearing 7 supported by a frame 6 is arranged on the same axial extended line as a cylindrical material provided for cutting, and a rotary cylinder 17 made rotatable is provided inside the moving cylinder 10. Removable links 24-26 are fitted into guide grooves (a) provided lengthwise on the rotary cylinder 17. Further, the tip of the moving a cylinder on the movable link 24 side is attached to the tip of the removable rod 21 arranged slidably against the rotary cylinder, while the rear end of the moving cylinder on the removable link 25 side is attached to an immovable position against the rotary cylinder 17. Moreover, a shoe 27 is arranged on the removable link 26. In this way, it is possible to assure higher productivity without damaging a cutting-off tool. |
