PURPOSE:To facilitate and secure the setting of a cutting tool at the specified position with certainty, by installing a shrinkage ring in the peripheral contact part of a driving shaft of a cutter setting bed metal, while constituting the shrinkage ring so as to be closely pressed and released to and from the driving shaft by dint of hydraulic pressure, in case of a slitter knife, etc., for shearing paper and the like. CONSTITUTION:When a piston 8 inside an oil passage 7 of a bed metal 1 is pushed forward to the side of an oil chamber 6 with a screw 9 going forward in order to increase the oil pressure inside the oil chamber 6 the body part 3B of a shrinkage ring 3 is closely pressed to the periphery of a driving shaft 15. Accordingly, with this pressure contact of the shrinkage ring 3, the bed metal 1 is locked up at the specified position on top of the driving shaft 15. In the constitution like this, a positioning spacer falls into disuse and likewise accuracy in a cutting tool itself is no longer required so that the cutting tool can be easily installed. |
